Lloyd Winter Partners was founded by Debi and Matthew following their marriage in their forties — a new chapter shaped by experience and having a fresh perspective on building life together after adversity.

Matthew brings a background in the RAF, farming, and estate and land management, with a deep understanding of the working countryside and the real costs involved in managing land and property well.

Debi brings experience rooted in creative and community-led work, with a natural ability to put people at ease. She has always taken a practical interest in finance and in making property and resources work harder in sensible, sustainable ways. Clients often find they can speak openly with her about life transitions — divorce, family pressures, bereavement and new beginnings — and value her grounded, thoughtful approach.

Together, they are known for listening carefully, leaving no stone unturned, and taking responsibility seriously — looking after people and property with care and integrity.
